A Proxmox server at home runs my self-hosted services. It is tied to the production VPS over Tailscale, so databases, dashboards and SSH never face the open internet. Only ports 80 and 443 do.
Software developer with a BSc in IT security
I'm Gustav. I build websites for clients (friends and family), desktop tools for my own hosting business and a voxel game in Rust. When I'm not coding, I'm playing guitar or soldering pedals in the corner of a 25 m² house in Aarhus.
Software development, networking and IT security are the things I dig into. In June 2026 I finished a bachelor’s in IT security, built on top of a computer science degree (datamatiker).
I grew up in a home where music and creativity were always around. When I’m not tinkering with a side project, I’m practising guitar or training with a friend. In a corner of my small house I build electronics, mostly guitar pedals, when there’s time and money for it.
I’m a bit of an introvert, though my friends don’t always see me that way. When the day is over I’m happy making smashburgers, and on Fridays I’m out for a Guinness.

Client sites, my own products and a game. Pick a project for the full story and more pictures.

What I build and run when no one is paying me to.

Prometheus scrapes every host and container, Loki collects the logs, and blackbox probes check that each client site answers. Grafana breaks it all down per client, and Alertmanager tells me before a client notices something is wrong.
Same corner, three different years. Move the slider.

(Aarhus) The corner today. You have to make use of the small space in a 25 m² house.
Music has always been part of home. Guitar is what I reach for when I need to think about something other than code, and it is the reason I started building pedals.
I’m very good at agentic AI workflows. Not autocomplete, but agents that plan, write, test and review code while I set the direction and make the calls.
My larger projects each have their own Claude Code skills holding the architecture, the business rules and the traps. A fresh agent starts out knowing what took me weeks to learn.
Planning, implementation, code review and security review run as separate agents, often in parallel, so each one does one thing well.
Agents write the tests first and work until they pass. A model reviewing its own code has blind spots, so I keep checks it cannot talk its way around.
At Dynamicweb I built an OpenAI-based feature that suggested matches between external API fields and database columns. PartForge has an optional assistant grounded in your real inventory.
Software developer, internship and student job

Penetration tested the products and worked with the infrastructure hosted on AWS.
Backend developer, internship

Wrote .NET/C# and ASP.NET every day, focused on integrations with external organisations’ databases.
Mapped API responses from external systems onto our own data model, and built an OpenAI-based feature that suggested matches between source fields and database columns.
